Handan Xindiya Chemicals Co., Ltd. formerly known as Linzhang Fine Chemical Plant, is specialized in manufacturing agricultural emulsifiers and surface-active agents. Our company is the exclusive production unit for agricultural emulsifiers appointed by former Ministry of Chemical Industry.

Located in the south of Hebei Province, with Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, No. 107 National Road and Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway right on our west, our company enjoys very convenient transportation and advantageous location. Our company, covering an area of more than 30 thousand square meters and has more than 100 employees, among whom 30 are professional technicians. Our company boasts several sets of state-of-the-art equipment, including Ethoxylation Equipment, Calcium Salt Equipment and Compound Emulsifier Equipment, with an annual output of 5,000 tons, 5,000 tons and 10,000 tons respectively. Among these equipment, Ethoxylation Equipment has adopted the advanced PI new technique from Italy and can produce advanced quality products with high competency in the international market.
